We hope to make your visit to Amaana Spa & Skin Clinic a relaxing and enjoyable experience; this is your time in an unhurried relaxing, friendly, professional environment. Discretion, privacy and personal comfort are maintained at all times by our highly trained therapist. To enable us to give you the best service possible please take a little time to read the following that we have put together for your information: All clients are received subject to a basic health check. Clients displaying symptoms of illness or infection may not be treated. Certain medical conditions require a Doctor’s note; please contact us in advance if you are unsure about your condition. Special awareness and precautions need to be taken if you are pregnant, please advise us when the appointment is made. If you have not had an eyelash or eyebrow tint within the last 6 months, a patch test is essential 24 hours prior to treatment. A patch test is also required if you have not had these treatments at Amaana Spa & Skin Clinic.

We recommend you do not have heat treatments (such as sauna, steam room, swimming and sunbathing/ sun beds) for 24 hours before or after waxing or IPL. Please bring open toed shoes to wear after a pedicure. Please wear dark, loose clothing when having ST. Tropez Tanning treatment. We suggest that you pay for your manicure or re-polish before the treatment, and have any necessary items to hand for when you leave to prevent any damage to your nail polish. To begin relaxing, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the treatment start time. Unfortunately late arrival for an appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation; otherwise we reserve the right to incur a charge

of 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellations of less than 4 hours notice will be charged at full price.

For courses, half and full day packages will be confirmed on pre-payment of a 50% deposit. We will be happy to accept credit card bookings over the telephone to confirm you appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation of half-day and full day packages. No refund of the pre-payment will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the treatment time.

To ensure a relaxing environment and maximum benefit of treatments for yourself and other clients we kindly suggest that Amaana Spa & Skin Clinic is unsuitable for young children, and would also advise against the use of mobile phones.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash and if not produced at the time of treatment the client will be requested to pay in full and refunded upon production of voucher.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without prior notice. The range

of treatments is subject to availability.
